Performance Evaluation of Solar Radiation for Food and Agriculture Dryer

This paper is attempt to utilize the solar radiation in a dryer for saving day-light, energy, and environment. Solar was designed based on thermal analysis heat transfer equations, then it constructed tested Thailand (on latitude 14 ° N. longitude of 100 E). The main three stages were carried out order test performance. Initially, energy consumption data recorded from 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., without load condition conducted with fresh fruit sample. In final stage, compared an electrical oven.
